Congratulations Elaine MacEachern

Staff and fellow board members of the Hants Regional Development Authority wish to congratulate Elaine MacEachern on her appointment to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a memb er of the World Bank Group.

Elaine will be the first Regional Program Manager for IFC’s global product - Secured Transactions, Collateral Registry, with responsibility for 12 East Asian countries and 10 small island nations states in the Pacific. The Secured Lending Collateral Registry global product is one of IFC’s Financial Infrastructure leading suite of advisory services. We wish her all the best in her new position and we will miss her valued contribution to the Hants RDA board.
